My Health and Wellness Success Story
In 2023 I went to the Dr. and got some bad news. I then took everything that I new about health and wellness and started implementing it. In the next 18 months I would lose 66 pounds. Now I am working on becoming a personal trainer. To help others who are having troubles with their weight and their health.
When I was a little boy. My Grandmother died of complications from diabetes. She was in a wheelchair. I was diagnosed with diabetes in my late 20's . We can change this!
